What do you think about filling in the pits and doing a ground level drag, with a plowed area about one foot deep, watering it to make mud, with a divider in the middle so the trucks don't get together. Run two vehicles side by side. Let us hear your comment. ;D

They are filling in left pit with rock as we speak and pouring new concrete in both pits so they will be as level as possible and the mud pits are going to be 12 to 16 inches deep so we can see some fast side by side racing this weekend. I would like to see atv`s and rhinos race in the mud pits.

I have a 4x4 atv and would love to get to run in the mudbogs. They said if we can get enough people to do it then they would. I think they should, it would bring alot of buisness because I know alot of people would do it if it were to be advertised with the rest of the events. I do the hillbilly mudbogs every year but 2 times a year just isnt enough for me. C'mon everyone spread the word.

BTW, I love the mud and I think thats what everyone is here for so If people wanna just straight up drag race then I think they can go to london's track. Mud bogs are supposed to be tough and somewhat uneven, thats the beauty of it all and it keeps things interesting. yeah the pits could be a lil more even or the way to decide the winner could be adjusted some but overall I love the way its going. if people complain cause they arent winning then that tells me they need to make theyre rig better. I do think however we all need to be open to suggestions that could make this place better and something big for our county! Thanks

Not everyone wants to go to the london drag strip to race. I use to do it and got bored of it! However, like I said before. The mud pits are a bit to deep and uneven. The concrete absolutely destroys tires. I think the sandy bottoms is a great idea. If you did shallow the pits and do side by side racing I could get bunches of trucks to show up that the crowd would love. I can several trucks from northern ky and Indiana to show up that I promise will put on a show and we do have alot of fans and family that will travel to watch. It would also double the amount of trucks that you have now! I have been involved in mud racing for about 14 years and do have a good idea of what the crowd loves to see and what it takes to have a good mud race and to get the very best trucks to show up. I would love to race my truck at every event, but I won't unless the track changes. Just my opinion and I am willing to help if needed, Thanks!!!

Why dont you give Harold a call and see what you guys can work out 423-539-5032. I think it would be great to see more competition in mud bogs. The pits are about 14 inches deep and the racing was much better this past weekend.

I disagree about them being too deep but yes they are uneven so something could be figured out to better the decision of winners. The concrete I know nothing of but i have ran my atv through the pits like they were in years past and felt like it wasnt too much for it. Sand would be better than concrete i think as well. But if they were the best truck that you claim them to be then they should be able to win anyways right? Racing in mud and Mud bog racing are also two different things though. Bog means that its gonna take a good truck to get the job done. The only disagreement i have with your ideas is that I think the mud that is in the pits shouldnt be altered. the concrete prob should though. but this is a great start i think. people talking and giving opinions to help and maybe they can meet in the middle somewere and keep us all happy. thanks for debating with me though this will help i think.
